Using African Black Soap
It’s effective to use this Natural African Black Soap around once
or twice a week after showering or bathing before sleep. Proper
use of African Black Soap can heal and relieve all skin issues.
Everyone’s skin is unique but the key points are:
1. Oil
Add a natural oil, (olive oil, or coconut oil, etc.) to your skin.
Or, add it to your liquid African Black Soap.
2. Gently Wash
Break off a small piece of natural black soap to avoid getting the entire bar or chunk of soap wet. Keep the unused portion dry for best preservation.
Then, gently wash your face with the soap for 10-15 seconds. You don’t need to scrub or rub your skin harshly. Be sure to use lukewarm water.
3. Hot Towel
Sit or lay back and place a warm towel over your face and leave or hold it for 30 seconds to one minute.
4. Blot Dry
Afterwards, blot your face to dry.
Avoid rubbing the skin with a towel or cloth.
5. Moisturize
Finally, apply your favorite moisturizer to your skin. 100% Pure Shea Butter
works well to deeply moisturize your skin.
6. Drink Water and Rest Well
Drinking water helps your skin from the inside and a good rest does wonders for your health. The better rested you are the better your appearance and skin. Your body, including your skin, needs sleep in order to heal and renew.
